Main blog: zombiefrienchfries
Fitness is a main theme here, so I'll post a lot about it. However, you'll also come in contact with things that I find entrancing and inspiring. This is where I motivate myself to be better, and this is where I find the inspiration to bring beautiful things into the world.
This is a part of me but by no means all there is to me.
I just thought I’d give you a heads up. I think I’m going to move a lot of my fitness posts to my personal blog: zombiefrenchfries.tumblr.com. Fitness has just become a huge aspect of my life and I’d love it if you guys would check this shiznit out. If you’re wondering why there’s a lot less activity here than there used to be, it’s just because everything is making it onto my personal blog.
Have a great day, guys and if you want more of me, definitely follow me on zombiefrenchfries.tumblr.com
I’ve been consistently working out five to six days a week for about the past month, however, my diet has sucked some serious shit-balls.
I’ve got two 5 K’s coming up in June and August, and seriously guys, I’m so out of running shape, it’s pathetic.
I’ve been doing a fair bit of weight training, and some yoga and I’ve started going to spin classes to get my endurance up.
Back in the beginning of January, I went to visit my chiropractor because my shoulder had been bugging me, making weird clicks and such when I would do alternate raises and when I was running, I’d get my cramps there instead of in my side like a normal person. Sooo… he fried a ton of scar tissue in my right shoulder since my left shoulder (the one that was icky) was compensating for my right shoulder’s shitty performance. Anyway, he gave me a bunch of exercises that I need to start doing regularly again because I was able to work harder without pain in my shoulder during January and February (when I was doing my very lame shoulder exercises religiously like a good patient), but since I’ve started to run again (and forgo shoulder redemption), my shoulder’s performance sucks again…
But yeah, all in all, it’s been pretty good.
